Natalie is such a caring, thoughtful, respectful person. She truly cares about her clients and is one of the only in person group therapy sessions in North County San Diego. Natalie has changed our lives for the better. We are so grateful to have found Natalie. She has given our son the tools to help himself with addiction and financial planning for his future. Natalie is one of the best therapist we've ever encountered with holding our son accountable and helping him make real positive changes in his life we never thought possible. We have seen a lot of addiction specialist, gone through in patient programs and It has been Natalie and her guidance along with the group therapy sessions that have helped our family and our son find his happiness and true path again!

The environment itself is incredibly welcoming, and her cat Fatty genuinely adds to the peaceful, comforting atmosphere, it always made showing up feel easier and I hope she always always keeps the cat there :3 I highly recommend Natalie to anyone looking for a skilled and empathetic couples counselor or therapist in general!

Natalie is very knowledgeable, fun and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable with her from our initial conversation. Natalie is understanding, an amazing listener and I have never felt judged.
